Duties and Responsibilities
- Participating in the execution of the daily processes associated with collecting customer feedback (surveys, complaint tracking, other)
- Ensuring the highest data quality by performing front:end and back:end audits
- Developing actionable insights and key trends through the analysis of attitudinal and behavioral customer information
- Producing and publishing timely reporting
Skills and experience includes:
- Candidate should be from premier Engineering/ MBA college and should haveExcellent attention to detail
- Superior analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work and succeed in a fast paced and highly fluid environment
- Self:starter, able to work independently
- Minimum 1 years experience working with large corporate customer databases/applications and producing reporting
- Minimum 1 years experience with SAS, R, Tableau, Excel and should have exp of working with Internet/e:commerce domain companies.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Access, Excel
- Masters/ Bachelors Degree required (MBA, quantitative and/or technical degrees preferred)
