A. Supervision Received
: Receives functional and operational direction from a Human Resources Manager and a Specialty Supervisor.
B. Role responsibilities
: Monitors, plan and implements Human Resources policies and procedures. Engages with stakeholders to promote consistency in implementation. Suggest and recommends improvement/modifications.
: Provide assistance in investigating employee relations issues. Suggests methods to drive an environment of sharing.
: Administer Performance Management Process. Liaison with different functions to add quality, timeliness and better engagement between supervisors and their reports.
: Assist in administering different talent management programs and help in implementing changes for improvement.
: Regularly conducts and review areas for improvement in services delivered by Human resources team and suggest concrete improvement in procedures. Help in adapting new procedures as identified time to time.
: Establishes annual plan and affirmative action goals for the discipline. Monitors progress to assure work objectives are attained and schedules are met.
: Serve as the contact point for expats. Monitor their local arrangement and provide assistance with their relocation. Liaison with outside agencies as necessary.
: Designs and produce regular reporting system with the aim to increase HR services effectiveness and identify areas for improvements.
: Regular review of the success of the program and implementation of new ideas and themes for employee engagement programs specially Mentoring and EAP
: Engage with different functional groups in the organization to implement special programs and action items, operations or services.
: Gather and evaluate data on industry practices. Produce regular reports on new HR ideas for practical solutions.
: Prepares drafts of organisation vide communications on initiatives and activities. Device communication plan for major activities aimed at organisational development.
: Develops internal communication materials regarding human resources activities, policies and procedures.
C. Basic Qualifications:
: MBA, or comparable in Human Resources or related field
: 3:5 years previous Human Resources experience working for a large multinational corporation preferably in Engineering, Procurement and Construction Industry (EPC)
: High level of professionalism and confidentiality
: Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English
: Skill in the preparation and presentation of oral and written reports
